Etoile La Boutique offers world-wide shipping including express shipping in GCC.
Enjoy FREE (for orders above SAR 1,000) delivery for all online orders in Saudi Arabia. Delivery fees applicable for all other countries.
All deliveries in Saudi Arabia are done via our courier partner, Quiqup. All deliveries outside Saudi Arabia are done via our courier partner, DHL or Aramex.
Enjoy FREE world-wide delivery for all online orders above SAR 10,000.
The delivery charges will be indicated in SAR at your order check out page.
All orders are processed and shipped from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM GST, all days of the week.
We request you to allow us 3-5 business days for delivery of items that are being shipped from our Saudi Arabia warehouse. You will receive a notification via our Customer Service WhatsApp or Email (within 1-2 days of placing your order) if your order contains any items with the above eligibility.
For prepaid orders, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may request our courier partner to leave the parcel at your door step (at your own risk). For ‘cash on delivery’ orders, our courier partner will contact you before delivery to ensure that you are available to complete the payment at the time of delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DURATION
All deliveries in Saudi Arabia: Enjoy FREE (for orders above SAR 1,000) next-day delivery for all Saudi Arabia orders placed before 5:00 PM GST. Same-day delivery is available for an additional charge of SAR 30-100 (Dubai) and SAR 250 (other Emirates) only upon request through our Customer Service WhatsApp or Email. All next-day deliveries will be done via our courier partner, Quiqup.
All deliveries for SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR, BAHRAIN, KUWAIT and OMAN: For all major cities in the above countries, the delivery will be done in 2-5 business days. For all remote cities in the above countries, get your delivery in 4-5 business days. All deliveries will be done via our courier partner, DHL or Aramex.
All deliveries for rest of the world: Enjoy FREE world-wide shipping for all orders above SAR 10,000. For orders below SAR 10,000 – there will be an SAR 350 shipping fees.
General Instructions: The above mentioned shipping methods and duration are only an estimate. The shipping methods and duration may vary due to unprecedented events. You will be notified via our Customer Service WhatsApp and Email if there are any changes to your order delivery.
UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS & TRACK YOUR ORDER
Update your address: You may update your shipping address by contacting us on our Customer Service WhatsApp and Email. Please mention your order number or email ID or the name of the person under which the order is placed.
Track your order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking link on your registered email ID. In case you have not received it, please contact us on our Customer Service WhatsApp and Email.
